Why don't you list exact prices? +
Because a 2-page site for a sole proprietor and a 10-page site with booking and a photo gallery are very different projects. Listing a single price for both would either overcharge one of you or undercharge the other. We'd rather talk to you first and give you a number that's actually fair.
What does "maintenance hours" mean? +
Once your site is live, we include a set number of hours each month to handle updates for you — swapping out photos, updating your menu or services, changing contact info, adding new content. You just tell us what you need and we take care of it.
What's covered under free bug fixes? +
If something on your site stops working the way it should — a form that won't send, a button that doesn't work, a page that won't load — that's a bug. We fix those for free, no questions asked, on every project we build.
How does the help desk work? +
Every client gets access to our help desk where you can submit questions and requests any time of day. We respond to urgent issues quickly and handle routine requests within one business day.
Is there a long-term contract? +
No. Your build is a one-time fee. Ongoing support renews annually, and you can cancel with 30 days notice. We keep clients because the service is good, not because of fine print.
